We also advise and appear as necessary in matters relating to Demerit points, traffic camera offences, Infringements Court, traffic accident charges, re-licensing applications and appeals to retain your licence whilst waiting for a court hearing (in certain drink-driving cases).

We give clear advice about the realistic prospects of fighting a case; unlike some other lawyers, we do not just advise pleading guilty. Quite a few driving charges can be defended in court, usually on technical grounds, and we have done so many times successfully. If the last option available – pleading guilty – is the only realistic one, we have considerable expertise in negotiating, appearing in court and getting the lowest penalty possible.

Please note that the in most cases, the ONLY way not to incur demerit points is to have the charge withdrawn or to fight it in court and win.
